MaterniT21 testing

To anyone who has had the MaterniT21 testing (or any other cell-free DNA test), how long did it take your Dr's office to get the results? I thought I had heard around a week, but I couldn't remember. I thought some of you had this test recently. I am getting mine done next Tuesday.

I had the Panorama test done on 5/24. Technically, given the holiday, it has only been 8 business days for me thus far, and still no word from the doctors office. I was advised it could take up to 15 business days, but it seems like 10 business days is the average for some of TB ladies I've spoken to.

I had my blood drawn on May 20, and I received the results from my doctor on May 30. With the holiday excluded, that's 7 business days.

ETA: This was MaterniT21.

Actually just spoke to my dr office about this. Nurse said it takes a couple of weeks, since it has to be transported to the other lab, tested, sent back to my dr lab, then the results sent to the dr.

It took about 10 days, but there was a long weekend in there. They had told us that it could take up to two weeks.

I had mine drawn on a Monday and got the results by Saturday. I had mine done at the hospital since I'm high risk, so not sure if that makes a difference vs having it done at a doctor's office. Good luck!

Is this the test that tests for Down's and other trisomies? The practice where I go seems to not call things by common names (i.e. what I assume were my HCG levels were just "quants", even when I asked what they were specifically looking at. "oh just your quants, honey." thanks, not helpful). I had it done on 5/16 but they said if the blood test don't show anything worrisome they won't bother calling, so if I didn't hear 2 weeks after, I shouldn't worry. The u/s tech got fed up with the baby not cooperating and positioning itself perfectly and gave up so the u/s didn't show anything (except some nice views of our baby!)

I had blood drawn for the Panorama on Thursday and I'm hoping the results come sooner than later. The waiting sucks! They said it could be a few weeks.
