Thank you everyone for the positive vibes, they helped me calm down
My appointment went perfectly! Spawn 2.0 had a heartrate of 140. The doctor is predicting boy because of it lol S/he is measuring right on track for my lmp at 6w1d. And the best part is we now have an action plan to get me to term! It includes P17 shots, a preventitive cerclage, and modified bedrest (until strict is necessary).
And now to see if I can load pics from my tablet lol

Not trying or preventing since then - we'd given up hope and moved on with our lives. Signed up for classes to go back to school and become an MD - surprise pregnancy!
