don't have it, but i can tell you just from the wheels that if you truly walk around regularly in the snow it definitely won't be the best performer. but, if that's like a day out of the year i wouldn't change your decision based on it. philadelphia may or may not get a snowy winter. i don't think you need an all terrain stroller for city streets with the possible prospect of snow. if it is truly that bad you can always pick up an all terrain 2nd hand down the road if you need it for those few times and not break the bank and still love your everyday stroller with the cruz!
I'm a FTM but getting it! I'm so excited but now BBB doesn't have it! Also I want the ice color and Amazon doesn't have it either! I am starting to get nervous!

there's like 40 other reputable stores i see it on by googling that do have it now.
we have the Cruz for over 6 months now. i would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a lightweight, easy folding, big basket, simple stroller for everyday use. when LO was younger, we had the chicco adapter for the chicco keyfit30 infant seat for the Cruz and it worked great. now that she can sit up, she is loving the front facing regular Cruz Seat. i've taken the Cruz around the lake w/paved and unpaved trails and it works well. and we're planning to buy the Cruz travel bag for our upcoming trip, so we can gate check the Cruz and register for their 'travelsafe program'.
it's def worth the price. we are planning to use the Cruz for years to come. good luck on your stroller search!
