How do you all feel about Burt's Bees Baby Bee products? I've only used the diaper ointment so far, and it seems to be great stuff! Pretty expensive though.
I have been using their fragrance free shampoo/wash for over a year and I really like it. It smells really good and it lasts a long time. So at first it seems expensive but if it lasts you a few months it breaks down to a minimal amount a month.

what does it smell like? Since I'm assuming its not really fragrance free. LOL
I guess by fragrance free they mean no artificial fragrances added. It's hard to describe the smell, but it's slightly sweet smelling. It has things like almond, fruit and plant extracts in it so I'm assuming that's where the scent comes from.
I use their baby shampoo, baby bubble bath, and lotion. I like all of them but I LOVE the smell of the lotion. It's lavender and vanilla but it's just labeled "calming".
All of burts bees products are amazing. Me and my fiance are all for natural and organic things. I use burts bees honey and shea body butter for avoiding stretch marks every morning after a shower and before i go to bed i rub the body butter on my buttock, thighs, inner thighs and belly. Its feels so good and the baby likes it as well lol. My son is 1 yrs old and he uses burts bees baby tearless body wash and its so good for his skin. Even though it can cost a little more i rather have natural things then to put chemicals on my skin that i cant even pronounce, All of burts bees products are great for both mom and baby
I would avoid them. They still have lots of chemicals, their products are not 100% Natural. I don't feel comfortable putting some of the ingredients their products contain on my son's skin. My suggestion is Earth Mama Angel Baby.

Ladies, ignore the 'marketing'...it's all about the ingredients and Burt's Bees has been owned by CLOROX since 2007. They aren't nearly as safe as their marketing will lead you to believe. And anything that has the word 'fragrance' in their ingredient list is an absolute red flat many many carcinogens and endocrine disrupters are hidden there!
I highly recommend Ava Anderson they truly 'walk the walk' and make the best AND safest. I researched hundreds of brands for over a year before I found Ava!

I normally love, and still use some, Burt's Bees products, but when it comes to babies and bee products, studies have been inconclusive. I'd err on the side of safety and not use bee products on baby just yet.
