Recommend your white noise that stays on...

Up until now, we've used the white noise setting on her swing for naps and nighttime. It stays on until we turn it off. She hasn't used her swing in almost 6 months, and I'd like to pack it away, but I'll need a replacement for the white noise. I could use the app on my iPad, but I typically use it while she's sleeping.

So, what do you use?

I have the Munchkin noise machine and projector.

We love it. It plays lullabies, white noise, rain sounds, Mozart... and it also projects images onto the ceiling or wall.

The 20 dollar Homedics one. Ours came from BBB but I'm sure you can find it elsewhere if you don't have a BBB. It has been used overnight and for naps since LO was born and still going strong. Has the option for plugging in or using batteries.

THIS - love that thing I got a matching battery one for travel (careful because it has an option to not have a timer and the batteries run out)

For DS we just play a lullaby CD on repeat. For DD we have The First Years sound machine.

We have the Munchkin one. It started out great, and is now not so great. My only initial complaint was that it didn't cycle through songs. It just stayed on one song the entire time it was on. Now that we've had it about a year, it doesn't turn off even when on the timer. The projector works, but doesn't spin anymore. We still use it, but I am thinking of looking for something new. Listening to the same song all night long every night is getting old.

We were using the Homedics one. But now that its gotten warmer (we don't have central air) the fan in his room has been providing the white noise

I have the Homedics Sound Spa in DS1's room and the Munchkin in DS2's room. I switched to the Munchkin because the Homedics projector stopped working after a year. Then it started working again but it clicks now so I still don't use it while he is sleeping.

We have the small Homedics one from Target - https://www.amazon.com/Homedics-Sound-Mini-Portable-Machine/dp/B003X1RP10. It was $10 when we bought it. We actually don't use it anymore, but it worked fairly well when we were using it.

Another vote for homedics sound spa. We use the rain setting. Works like a charm.

It's pricey, but worth it, IMO. It's the same thing I use outside my door when I have a therapy session.

This! But we haven't used it in forever. I still have it plugged in though just in case the need arises. We love it so much I got my BFF one for her baby shower.

We just use a humidifier, it works well. And really does not make to much noise over the monitor

Thanks all! She literally wakes up every 30 minutes without white noise, but her Mamaroo takes up quite a bit of space.

This one. We have two and one for the grandparents for when we visit. I love them and sleep better with the noise myself.

DD has a Graco sound machine. It plays white noise, lullabies & you can also attach your MP3 player. It has a nightlight on it, too.

DS has a more expensive Marpac Marsona that we had from before he was born.

I use this one ok and I love it.
