I don't know if they're considered natural but my doctor has me on Theralogix. She says they are one of the few that go through extra testing for purity.
I take the Target brand. I took them with DD and since they didn't make me sick last time, I stuck with them for this time too. Plus they aren't expensive which is a bonus!
I take the Whole Foods 365 prenatals. They are big horse pills, but only one a day. I should also tell you that they smell awful, which was a problem in my 1st trimester, but doesn't bother me now.
I buy the Rainbow Lite from Target that you take once a day. It also has probiotics which is also helpful. I've been taking them since January with no side effects!
I take the New Harvest Perfect Prenatals. They're made from whole foods, so they're easy on the stomach (they smell a little like yeast, which is a nice change from the chemical smell of other vitamins). The daily dose is three pills, but you can take them all at once (that's what I do) or spread them out.

I love the Trader Joe's prenatals they have some gentle soothing ingredients that does not give me an upset stomach like the other ones did and I always make sure I have a full stomach before taking one. I take one at night before I head to bed.
Super Nutrition Simply One Prenatal Multivitmain/Mineral Supplement
It has 50mg less calcium in it than the Rainbow Light 1 a day prenatal. I think Gaia brand prenatal has even more calcium in their prenatal.
Calcium hinders iron absorption. So I don't know why it is included in prenatals at all. Of course, you can take you iron with Vitamin C totally separate from your prenatal.

I have switched to Naturesmade with Dha they are a gel cap so they don't get caught in my throat like the others. Not an organic vitamin but they work.
