  Yupp, when I sneeze, cough or even sometimes when I blow my nose. I don't full on wet my pants but I do pee a little bit lol

  Ha happened to me a few times! Also when I have a coughing fit...pregnancy is hot.

  You can take Zyrtec, Benadryl, or Claritin. But yes, the snissing is fabulous.

  I've been hearing a lot of these "snissing" stories on this board. I haven't had one yet and pray I never do!

  I clench when I cough or sneeze now to prevent this from happening, so far so good

  I'm a regular snisser. Not much, just a little. If I feel a sneeze coming I clench and pray I can hold the pee in especially when at work.
  
  Doing Kegels is supposed to help.

  I do this all the time and since i had my son 3 yrs ago! It sucks especially If I'm at work cause I don't carry an extra pair of underwear although I prob should. At home i will sometimes have to change underwear like 3 times a day!! My allergies also got like 10X worse with my son and this pregnancy. But my doc said I can take Zyrtec or Claritin and I have to almost every day! Any yes Kegals should help too.

  I have a cold this week and went through 5 pairs of pants in 2 days.  It sucks.

  And my doctor said that Claritin is fine for  for allergies while pregnant.

  Hope you have some relief soon!

  oh yes! I have a very funny sneeze. Instead of 1 giant sneeze, its about 7-9 sneezes. People ask if I am ok.   Truth is no, I just snissed myself and now have to go change my pantyliner. I have been wearing them for a little while now incase a Sniss sneaks up on me.

  I've snissed only once so far.  Luckily I was at home and could change my underwear.  And that I was home alone, although I did tell Dh and he laughed at me.
