XP: Forgot my pump!

Hi Ladies,

So, it turns out that I left the diaphram portion of my pump at home, making it impossible to pump at work today. I manage to hand express a little, but obviously not enough. I never pump at home, but I could pump tonight and tomorrow morning.

Do you think this, along with a little more hand expressing today, would be enough to protect my supply?

    I'm sorry no one has responded.  You must be stressing out.  1 day isn't going to make a difference.  Just be careful not to skip pumping too much.  If it's over more than a day than you're at risk for developing mastitis which is very painful.
