3D/4D Ultrasound Recs

Hi!

Did any of you have a 3D/4D ultrasound? If so, where did you go? Any recs are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I didnt get one even though I really wanted to. DH talked me out of it, saying that they always look weird in those images. So I just wanted to say that I totally regretted not getting it. I tihnk it woud be an awesome memento and a really exciting experience. Have fun!

    I will be going to Before the Stork in Costa Mesa (they also have an office in Anaheim Hills) after seeing their before and after baby US books. I've heard great things about them and they were recommended by my OB.

    Let me know where you go and how it went. I would love to hear it!

    I went to Prenatal Ultrasound of California in Huntington Beach, and it was not very good.

    I believe they have few locations... it's was a really wonderful experience... now that Devyn is finally here I could see that he did look just like the 4D...

    We went to Before the Stork in Costa Mesa. The staff is REALLY helpful and extremely friendly. The first time we went, DD wasn't cooperating and had her hand in front of her face. They tried all sorts of techniques to get her to move, but then she fell asleep. We rescheduled for a week later, no charge, came back and this time it was perfect. I loved that they worked with us on that issue. Wherever you go, just make sure they have a policy where you can come back if they can't get any good pictures of the face. Also... compare how many pictures you get. I almost went to Picture an Angel, but after comparing the packages, Before the Stork was much better. I got a CD with almost 60 pictures, a DVD of the entire ultrasound session, and 6 pictures printed out.
