I'm using the same website that pp listed. I just needed a guide as this whole solids thing is crazy! We also started our solids this week and did pretty good last night.
Edit: forgot to mention that we did the apple mixed with a little whole grain rice cereal. We used the cereal to thicken up the pure a bit.
I also love the wholesome baby food site! We're going to wait until after we move, she's almost sitting so I might start at about 5.5 months vs. 6 because she genuinely seems ready.
We started recently. I am not really planning it out. I am just serving whatever I make or grab that day. In the long run, I don't think it really matters what order you go in. Try not to stress too much, and have fun with it.
So far we have done peas (ate but didn't love), sweet potatoes (enjoyed), and squash (absolutely loved and easily ate an entire jar the first day). I will probably do green beans next sometime this weekend.

We started with fruits and she has loved them all: applesauce, bananas, and pears now we have had squash, sweet potatoes and just started carrots. A jar lasts DD 3 days as I only give her about 1/3 of the jar a day usually at lunch time. Good luck I was confused and found it sortof stressful but so far so good..

I do more of a combination between BLW and purees. My baby loves to play with food while she's eating. I started with banana. So far, I am usinghttps://goodmomming.com to get recommendations . It gives you a complete list with the food you can give and which ones to avoid.
And are you using a guide or schedule? I know her milk should still be her primary food...how often are you doing cereal, fruit, etc? After the bottle? In between?
I feed once a day at this point. BM/formula is still his main source of nutrition, and I would back down on solids if he decreased his milk intake. I always feed after nursing or a bottle (usually 45 minutes later). I tend to offer solids in the evening, but it's just because it is most convenient for us. There have been a few days that we have missed them because we have been out all day. I am not stressing about it at this age. As far as amount, I just feed him until he isn't interested anymore. He eats between 1/3 to 1 whole jar when I use store purees.

I started with the brown rice cereal in the morning, a couple teaspoons each day.
Now we are at twice a day, morning (8 am) and evening (5 pm) because that is the best time for the both of us. I also noticed she is most eager to eat the solids during those times. I did bananas, sweet potato, squash and apples (she didn't care for them). Then I tried carrots, peas, green beans and prunes, those are her faves so far. I switched from the rice to the oatmeal and she seems to prefer the oatmeal. This morning I did pear/oatmeal and she loved it. I will probably try meats soon.
