TTMs -- when was your #2 born?

was your #2 born as your #1 was? as in, if #1 was 2 weeks early, was #2 also early? i feel like half the time people say it is typically similar to what happened with #1 (who, for me, was induced at 41 weeks), but then the other half of the time, people say #2 comes earlier. i know there's no rhyme or reason, just curious what y'all's experiences were

I'm not a TTM, but everyone I know that has 2 kids already had very different experiences with both.

In particular I can think of 2 girls that had their 1st kid 2 weeks early and then their 2nd was born right around the due date.

My SIL was right near the due date with her 1st, her 2nd was a c/s (placenta previa) and her 3rd was 4 days late.

my mom had 4 kids, all were either a few days early or right on time.. her fourth was two weeks late. =/

I had DD1 1 day after my due date. DD2 was 2 weeks early.

However my friends are all different. First babies came early second babies came late and viva versa.

I've been wondering this as well. As much as I'd love my little boy to get here healthy a week or two early, I really would love to work up until the end of October if possible. Oh well, he will come when he's ready. I say that now and I'll be doing some sort of labor ritual dance come october 1st.

My first was overdue at 41w5d. My second I don't know. She was taken by c-section at 37 weeks when I woke up feeling like I got hit by a truck and was having some contractions.

#1 - DS was born at 37 weeks 3 days

#2 - DD#1 was born at 37 weeks 2 days

#3 - DD#2 was born at 38 weeks 5 days

The only thing I'm assuming about this baby is that I won't make it to 40 weeks, but I could be wrong.

I don't think there is a rhyme or reason to it. Mine were 34 was and 39 wk 5 days. I had weekly pro-term injections to help keep baby in up until 36 weeks.

DD1 was two days before her due date!

DD2 was right on her due date!

I'm hoping this little guys is as punctual as his sisters:)

Babies 1 2 were both 6 days overdue, baby 3 was a scheduled csection... I'm trying vbac this time so I'm counting on going 6 days past my due date if all is well. But who knows maybe it'll be different, hopefully LOL
