    It took him a long time, but he finally seems to like napping. He is napping 2 times a day for about 3 or 4 hours total!

    His morning nap is only about an hour to hour and a half. But his afternoon nap can be from 35 hours depending on what we did for the day.

    Emma has always had one nap in the middle of the day. It can range from one to three hours. She also goes to bed at 7 and gets up around 7 am

    For now he is still taking 2 naps for me and they typically last from 2-3 hours each.  I am so happy he still does this but I know he will probably drop one soon.

    DD usually takes 2 naps a day for about an hour a piece, totalling 2 hours. I personally think she needs more sleep but she doesn't seem to think so.

    Our girls take 2 to 3 naps a day, and usually last between 30 minutes to an hour each. They nap much longer at home on the weekends than at daycare during the week. And they usually nap at the same time.
