So, this is my next adjustment with DD I think (tried room darkening last night... no help). I think it might be time to push back bedtime. She's always gone down around 7, but is up before 6 the past couple weeks. So I want to try to push it back.
What time does your LO go to bed/get up?
Any advice for changing a bedtime? Can I just do it in one shot, or does it have to be bit by bit? Thanks, ladies!

Bed by 8pm at the latest (usually between 7:30-8pm).
I wake her up at 5:30am on weekdays, since we have to be out the door by 6am. On weekends, she sleeps until about 7am.

This except twice during the weekdays, daycare days, she doesn't get up until 6:15.

And Coralee, his baby sister...On the way!
We put her to bed between 7:30 and 8:00. She sometimes takes awhile to fall asleep. Before the daylight savings time change it was consistently 7:30, and she would fall asleep more quickly.
She wakes up between 6:30 and 7:00.

I'd be thrilled with 6:30!!

So this is actually an interesting one for us. Until recently, Allison went down by 7:00 and was up at 6:00 every morning.
On a fluke, the last few nights she has gond down late - 8:00 - and is waking up later, around 8:00 all weekend, a little earlier today.
I think we may finally be past the "late to bed, early to rise" phase. Fingers crossed anyway!
