My 19 and 34 month old share a room. They have been waking each other up earlier and earlier, and I am super tired. We already have black out curtains and a sound machine. Do you think an OK to wake clock will help? I'm not sure if my 19 month old will get it. Any suggestions on which clock? Any other suggestions sleep in suggestions?
They go to sleep at 8pm and have been waking up well before 6am.
Re: OK to wake clocks suggestions and advice
We bought this one (only for cheaper via ebay) and now he knows "red, stay in bed". Ever since we've had it he's been sleeping through the night and still in his own room in the morning! We started some sleep training too to be fair.

My daughter will sometimes get up early, and when she comes into our room, we will just say, "Morgan, it's too early to get up. Go back to bed." She will then 9 times out of 10 go back into her room and either lie in bed looking at a book or just play quietly in her room for a little while.
