Hi...they rated them fairly high if I remember correctly. However I had a horrible experience with the set I ordered from BRU. I purchased the Kensington Collection (crib, 5 drawer dresser, and the longer dresser touse a changing table). I think I went through 4 cribs until I finally got one that was not damaged and I am still waiting on the conversion kit as the last 2 that came in have been damaged. I think there furniture is beautiful but the frustration it caused me was not worth it. Checkout their facebook pg as you will see alot of other customer complaint.
Baby bargains gave it a good rating, specifically the Heritage collection. I'm a FTM so our furniture hasn't seen any use yet. We got the Essentials collection (curved lifetime crib, both dressers) in espresso and love the way they look. Everything looked great right out of the box without a single scratch. BRU is supposed to call me when the conversion kit is available, but I haven't heard anything yet (been waiting around 6 weeks). Overall I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to use all of the pieces.
Oh yeah, I used a few 20% off coupons on my furniture to make it a little bit more affordable.
ETA: we only plan to buy the full bed conversion kit. We plan to transition LO from a crib to a bed without a toddler bed.

Thanks for the feedback ladies. I'll be showing this to DH. He lived by the Baby Bargains book our first pregnancy, but we didn't want to purchase the new edition for the few things we would need for this baby. For those who got the crib in Espresso, how dark is it? In the photos online it looks almost black!
It is not that dark. DH was actually surprised it wasn't darker. Fortunately, our local BRU had it set up in the store so we knew before we purchased. I'll try to upload a pic of ours.

That would be fantastic! We're going to try to get into BRU in the next week or two so we can scope it out in person. Thank goodness there is so one relatively close because I would not feel comfortable ordering a crib that I have never seen in person.
These help, thank you for posting! Especially the picture of the dresser, because I feel like that is probably pretty true to color. Do you remember if they had samples of the other colors available when you ordered your crib? I'm really indecisive on color because we bought a fantastic antique dress that we are going to strip and refinish, but I think the Espresso would be too dark for the dresser. Guess I am going to have to take a pic of it and upload it later for opinions.
They didn't have that crib in any other color than espresso. However, the other Baby Cache cribs in the store were in the other colors. For example, the essentials crib without the curve was on display in the lighter brown chestnut and they had a different one in white. Usually the Baby Cache cribs are near each other so it's nice to compare I want that crib in that other color. Another Bumpie cinderin has the curved crib in white and it looks awesome with her paint scheme.

Baby bargains also mentions that they are made in the USA, which is now incorrect since time of publication. Actually, Baby Cache has switched production to Asia specifically only their white furniture is made in Thailand the rest Malaysia I think or some other Asian country. Since hubby and I are trying to go the Made in the USA route we opted to forgo this option. Unfortunately since their switch supposedly some of the quality had gone downhill which I'm not sure was updated/included via baby bargains as their rating system still had them as being produced in USA. : Hope this helps!

I bought it based on the baby bargains recommendation. We bought the toddler and bed conversion kits at the same time.

The crib looks dark, but I think it's the lighting.
