My poor friend (warning: m/c mentioned)

She's not a close friend, maybe more of an acquaintance now, but we still keep in touch.  I feel so horrible for her right now.

She has two healthy boys, which is the great part.  A few months ago, she got pregnant again, had her big ultrasound and found out it's a girl!! 

However, then she found out that the baby had less than half of it's heart developed.  They basically said "you could terminate now, or wait, but she probably won't make it full term".  She chose to terminate.

A few days ago, she told me hooray!  She's pregnant again!

Just got a message today saying that she miscarried.

Poor girl.  Especially at this time of year when family is such a big focus.  I'm just glad that she has her boys.

    She is in my prayers.  With my first pregnancy the baby's heart was not developing correctly and we ended up losing him at 23 weeks.

    Oh, how awful.  I can't imagine how terrible it must be to lose a child like that, especially after the halfway point.  What a tough situation.  She will be in my prayers.
