Remedies for teething rash?

DS has had a rash on his chin for about a week or so...presumably from teething as he's been drooling like crazy.  It's not getting any better and actually seems to be getting worse even though the teeth broke through already.  Is there something I can/should be doing for him?  Cortisol?  Anything?  Or just leave it alone?
