Fussy baby and visitors

We're on the week 5 wonder week and boy did DS ever show it today! I've got a friend coming over tomorrow with her 5 month old and I'm terrified of DS having a melt down while she's over. I mean, she has a baby so I know she'll understand but its still hard to console a baby when you have guests. Any tips??

    Thanks. Ugh I'm so scared haha. Last week we had visitors and he just cried and cried. I felt so bad.

    We are in the same boat. I was starting to wonder if my LO completely lost it the past couple days but thanks to all the wonder week talk, I think this is definitely what's going on during this fifth week. We made it to the end of a grocery trip yesterday before she started crying. I think you're right...they are typically better when others are around. Good luck!

    During week 5 we went to a friend's house for dinner and LO screamed the entire time!! It was his first meltdown and we had no clue what to do. This friend has agreed to babysit next week regardless of that experience, so I'm hoping he doesn't so it again!

    What exactly is week 5 wonder week? My LO is 5 weeks and 5 days. 4 days ago he became a completely different baby. He cries all the time now and will only nap for about 30 mins at a time. Is this the week 5 wonder week? If so, when will I get my sweet nonfussy baby back?

    5 week wonder week, then we have the 6 week growth spurt and then another wonder week at 8 weeks. Hold on for a rough month!!!
