I can't help myself. I have become a baby carrying contraption fiend! We have a Uppa Vista that I adore!! We got lucky and paid about half price for the old season model a few mos before dd was born. I thought it was perfect and am still in love with it, but then I got a ring sling then we got an ergo, then we got a UB g luxe for airplane travel, then we got a red wagon and I just ordered a hiking backpack (Osprey Poco Plus) and I really want a Chariot Cougar 2 bike trailer/jogger. I have a problem. We actually do use them all except the ring sling. My 2 car garage is half full of baby carriers! Please tell me I am not alone.

Re: I have a baby carrier problem
Sorry, I can't relate.

..we don't even have a garage
I do however have a two bedroom apt full of baby stuff.. including 2 carriers and a tonne of stuff he has outgrown that I can't seem to part with and we are not having another one. I have clothes he never wore, or only wore once, I have a baby harness to help them learn to walk that was tried on and never used
... I see craigslist or ebay in your future and a college fund coming LO's way lol
I don't use baby carriers but I'm a stroller nut. In my defense, I'm really tall and it took a lot of trial and error to find an everyday that was really comfortable for me to push. I have a First Years Jet umbrella stroller, Peg Perego Pliko 4, baby Jogger City Micro, Baby Jogger City Elite, Chariot Cheetah single, a Bell double bike carrier (that I got cheap and figured it would be fine but I hated it) and I just sold my Chicco travel system that included the full sized stroller. Oh, and two wagons.
We're not even having any more kids, lol.
Holy crap! And I thought I had a stroller problem. We've got the City Mini, a Baby Jogger jogging stroller and an umbrella stroller. Not to mention, I have been browsing BOBs for a double and I'm not even pregnant yet nor do we have plans to be pregnant until at least September!
I only want the chariot cougar double because I want to have some cargo room. I did read that the double bobs don't work well with one child.. they list to the left or right if only using with one. The nice thing about the cougar is that you can put the harness in the middle of the seat if you are using it as a single so you don't have the distribution problems.
I also had a city micro for a few days. I bought it when Target had them 75% off and I ended up not liking it, so I sold it for a profit on craigslist

Good to know about the BOB. I am planning on keeping my single jogger for times that only one kid wants to go out so may still consider. Do you feel like the Chariot is bulky on a run? Can you see the kids as well?
That is awesome about your Craigslist sale!
Unfortunately the REI near us (the flagship store) doesn't have the doubles in stock. Based on how the window is placed I think you could see the kids but I'm not certain. To get the running wheel and the bike attachment new the chariots are ridiculously expensive. Instead, they are just expensive second hand so that is my plan for getting one. I have been told the chariots are very maneuverable and they are skinny enough to fit through normal sized doors, so hopefully they will be easy enough to run with. My coworker has the instep double jogger/bike trailer and he said it is junk.

Ha, I have a couple friends like you
I have a moby wrap that I used tons when DD was really little, an Ergo Sport that I've used almost every day for over a year (love, love, love it), and a Phil and Teds stroller that we're just getting into using. For our next LO, I'd like to try a woven wrap, but I'm not sure I'll be willing to drop the $ :P Oh, and we have a bike trailer! It's a hand-me-down from a friend, but we've been doing big bike trips once a week and it's wonderful! Chariot Cougars are amazing... It's what I wanted before our friends offered us their older trailer
