In our old house I carefully cut and lined every cabinet and drawer with those rubbery liners. MH told me he doesn't want them again in our new house. He used to complain about them if he tried to shove something in and it would make the liner bunch up, but now he's telling me that they made the inside of our glasses smell like throw up. Thanks for telling me that ten years later. Do you all line your cabinets or just leave them as they are? Anyone used contact paper or something else?
Re: Do you line your kitchen cabinets?
We used contact paper and it peeled up so we just bought these in a solid color

Our are lined with the rubbery crap. I don't particularly like it but the cabinets are old and I needed to get stuff unpacked quickly when we were moving. We will eventually redo them and I probably won't line those.
I really like the contact paper Lopes suggested.
This, we installed vinyl floor tiles. They wipe clean so easily!

This! I give them a quick wipe down from time to time but I haven't thought of lining them.
I've never lined them. I just empty them and wipe them out if they look like they need it. Which is not probably as often as it should be done I'm sure.
I must be missing something. What exactly is the reason to have a liner in there? Am I a crappy home maker for not knowing this?
This
This is me. I think I just do it b/c my mom does.
Oh barf! That's so strange!
