I know the topic of insurance comes up a lot. We're eligible for new insurance now and I'm exploring our options of getting insurance on our own or thru my DH's work. I'm just curious if any of you have advice or experience getting insurance in NC with infertility coverage? Any info is welcome. Thanks in advance!!
PS - If you're a July Firefly, I hope to have the badge done in the next few days!

Re: Health Insurance in NC
You probably won't find an individual plan that offers IF coverage. If it did exist it would be outrageously expensive and have a long waiting period before coverage kicked in.
Insurance companies are in the business of making money. Offering IF coverage is a sure way to lose money, because treatment and testing is expensive.
