Congestion.

LO woke up sneezing and coughing. He's congested sadface i'm not sure if its a cold or teething but its clear snot if that makes a difference. Anyway, any recommendations to help him? I think I remember hearing about saline nose spray...or did I make that up?

    I use saline nose spray, the bulb sucker and humidifier when DD gets congested. That's what her Pediatrician advised us to do. Said it was normal since they only breath their noses and if they have reflux or spit up a lot.

    STM here and I just got the Nose Frida...WOW amazing.  Yep to the rest, saline, humidifier and nose frida.
