XP: Forgot pump at home!

Hi Ladies, So, it turns out that I left the diaphram portion of my pump at home, making it impossible to pump at work today. I manage to hand express a little, but obviously not enough. I never pump at home, but I could pump tonight and tomorrow morning. Do you think this, along with a little more hand expressing today, would be enough to protect my supply?

    I have been in your EXACT same shoes.The discomfort from not being able to pump at work was the worst part. I pumped as SOON as I got home to relieve the pressure and then nursed like normal the rest of the evening. No supply issues at all. I keep spare parts in my pump bag now, just in case though.

    Oh no! You should be fine with your supply-- it will recover if it was just a one-time occurrence. Hope the day goes by fast for you!
