Because nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. This is what I keep telling myself. Today is day 7 of my first real attempt postpartum returning to weight watchers. While overall it's going well, I find that I'm really struggling with motivation.

Good luck! I'm doing weight watchers also. I've lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks. Not as much as I would've liked, but its better than nothing. I've been indulging too much on the weekends. During the week though, I do great! I need to start exercising though.

hugs! i finally lost all my pregnancy weight plus one pound officially today when i weighed myself today (after 7.5 months) i have 20 more pounds i want to lose though

Honestly i have not started dieting or i imagine i would have lost it awhile ago. I walk everyday for a total of an hour with my son. I soo need to do more but no time:(

I completely agree dix! I love food.

And piffle, I know, you're totally right. I should just keep telling myself that. It sucks when you think about all the months of being over your goal weight, but that's no one's fault but my own. I should've started sooner.

This is why I have to keep telling it to myself. I too am not convinced, but I do want to drop enough weight to look good in my cloths again.

Thanks ladies for all of the support and comisseration. 5 lbs in a month is great. Just think if you do this for 3 more months, that's 20 lbs gone. Keep up the good work.

Remember it took a year (or more) to put on - give yourself at least half that to get it off!~

Good luck! I am doing WW as well, I started about a month ago. I hoped the baby weight would magically disappear but I was horribly disappointed. The first week was the worst but it has gotten easier. FYI WW desserts are awesome and they really help with my sweet tooth.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones has a ton a variety, I found Walmart actually has the biggest selections Some of my favs are Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae. Also Weight Watchers Ice Cream Candy Bars are really good (kinda like a Snickers ice cream bar). All of these are 4 points.
