Mobile- If you feel the kid moving
is it the same time of the day every time? Just curious. I'm 19w4d and I feel him every few days or so. Def not constant. But when I do feel him its always between 8 to 10pm. It's probably cause I'm sitting on the couch at the point eating a naval orange. Maybe he likes oranges or (usually) crappy television.
On a side note- Holy Game of Thrones Last night!!!!! I didn't read the books so that was a complete shock to me.
Re: If you feel the kid moving
I am just downloading the ep now, but I've read the books so I know what's coming. I've been waiting for this ep all season, laughing diabolically and rubbing my hands together. I can't wait to watch it with my H and see him freak out!
Same here, I didn't read the books so I completely stunned!
I usually feel him in the morning when I first sit at my desk (I think he hates work as much as I do), when I eat dinner and when I get my 4am wake up pee call. It's really not consistent at this point though, this is just when I feel him most.
Edit-Removed part of GOT comment in case some people have not watched yet and haven't read the books.
I've been feeling LO for over a month now. Just occasionally at first but now it is on a schedule. He's active in the mornings, especially if I wake up early and lay in bed awhile, then around mid-afternoon, then from 9 until I go to sleep. I am really wondering if this child is ever going to sleep when he is born, because added to those given times, I feel him moving around occasionally throughout the day. I'm getting scared!
My nurse seemed surprised at my last appointment when I told her I'd been feeling him awhile, but you can see him moving from the outside now, so she couldn't deny it when he started jumping around.
After almost 3 years of IF and a crazy roadside delivery, we are loving life with our second beautiful daughter!
I knew what was coming and had this horrible nightmare that my son saw what happened IRL (he's not even 2) He kept crying and crying. It was horrible. On top of that I think my Dad died in the dream too. It was a combo between GoT and when my IL's were here yesterday my MIL got a call that one of her best friends past away suddenly. BLEH!
My LO is definitely on a set schedule. I think during the day at work, I lull him to sleep with movement (or he is just as bored as I am!). Then, after lunch I usually feel him movin and groovin. Nothing for a few hours, then lots of movement on the ride home and right before bed. Then, at 3am. He apparently thinks my bladder is a soccer ball. Nice.
Yesterday, I had a solo at church where I had to hold a high A flat. I have not been able to do it consistantly at rehearsal (hello, I'm an alto!) and was practising in the shower before church. And guess who decided to kick me *hard* in the diaphragm just as I was hitting the note? I actually threw up in the shower and had hiccups for like 10 min! So then, when the time came to sing for the congregation, I was so nervous baby was going to do a repeat performance. But, thankfully, he had changed positions, so ended up kicking my kidney instead.
I really do love feeling the movement though. I just wasn't expecting it to be so strong!
That's crazy it's that strong!
I'm actually kinda nervous because at the A/S, my baby was punching a lot and we got a great shot of his arm...and my baby is jacked! Like, he has actual guns! Everyone I have showed the picture to is completely freaked out. So, basically, I am carrying a baby Hulk. Awesome.
I've decided I am feeling her and it's not gas bubbles anymore. It's usually everyday, but it's completely random; sometimes I'm laying in bed, sometimes I'm chilling on the couch, sometimes it's after I've peed...random.
Same here. Early morning and late in the evening is when he's a little mover.
Sometimes he gives me a kick when I'm sitting and bending forward ... Probably to let me know he wants me to give him some more space in there.
