GTKY: What is the best healthy living advice you have ever received?

This week's goals:
1. Baby boot camp MWF
2. Walk 3 times
3. Get information about YMCA and join. Sign up DS for swimming lessons
4. Log my food into My Fitness Pal
Long term goal: I'd like to lose 10 pounds and tone up all over. I'm hoping to meet this goal by the end of summer, though I know the last 10 pounds take a bit longer so hopefully I'm not being too optimistic. I also want to begin to clean up my diet to set a good example for DS as he will beginning to eat soon!
GTKY: The best advice I have heard is that if you "mess up" or go overboard, don't start over the next day or next week. Start with the next meal so you don't go into a downward spiral.
