Crying after an ounce or two

The last 2 days LO takes about an ounce & then pulls away & starts crying & arching her back, etc. Nursing has been fine up until just now. When I let down she cried & pulled away, same deal. Only with nursing she will eventually take more but with the bottle will not (BM + formula). I'm trying to wean her.
She does not have an ear infection or thrush/throat infection. She's been on the same stage 2 nipples for months. I have no clue. Ideas??
