Umbrella stroller opinions?

I'm debating between the jeep wrangler and the first years jet strollers. I just need a compact option for travel over the summer.
I know most umbrellas have the 3 point lap belt, but it seems like a 10 month old baby could flop forward? Would you go with the all black 5 point harness with lots of storage OR the cute purple one with a lap belt and mesh back for hot days with less storage both weigh the same and cost 40.
Also, would the black one be hotter in the sun? The jeep stroller has a mesh seat to keep cool, but the jet seems more secure...

I can't open the links on my phone but I'd def go for the 5 point harness. You might have to jump curbs and be rough while traveling. It's just better to have the 5 point security. I have 3 black strollers and never had a problem with them getting hot even while on vacation in Disney world and Bermuda.
