BM called at 7:40 this morning to tell DH that she didn't call Thursday because she was in the hospital with pneumonia. Makes perfect sense, not!

    being quite sick in the hospital with pneumonia isn't a good enough reason to miss a phone call??? Is there some backstory here? Sounds like she called as soon as she could.

    While it is totally possible, it is highly doubtful that it is the truth given her history. This is the BM who is an addict and has random spots of calling or seeing the kids. Judge said she needed to be clean 6 months have a job and then they would reevaluate and consider supervised visits. She filed randomly without keeping her phone calls consistent and then missed more calls after she filed... Now this. So, like I said before, I hope BM has her shiiit together for her kids and isn't wasting your time/money.

    SS's BM was in the same situation - had to be clean 6 months, attend parenting classes, attend addiction counseling, attend counseling, be evaluated within mental health, have a job/attend school, etc.  She lied about ALL of it for a year and a half but kept telling everyone the judge was being the big meanie.  The supervised visits she DID have... she never showed up for because "her car broke down".  I know how it sucks to always be on the edge.  I hope, for the kids's sake, she was really sick.  However, I really doubt that was the case.
