Good time for a baby shower?

My sister wants to give me a baby shower before she moves out of state. The date she has picked will put me at 25 weeks. Is that too early for a baby shower? This is my first and I'm clueless.

    Congrats on your pregnancy! 

    I had my showers at 30 and 34 weeks, but I think it would have been fine to have had them earlier. Since your sister is moving out of state, I would go with whatever works for her. Having it earlier will give you time to get all the gifts organized, put away, etc. before the baby arrives.
