Hemp insert question

Are all hemp inserts a blend with something?  I see them listed with the percentage of hemp, and the same thing for the bamboo inserts...in your opinion, which has worked better for a heavy wetter ?  Also, which brand do you like?  Currently, I have thirsties hemp inserts and some 3 layer alva bamboo inserts.

    I like both hemp and bamboo, but own more bamboo inserts and diapers. I really like the GroVia Bamboo prefolds for stuffing in my pocket diapers.

    Hemp is usually always blended with cotton. I'm not sure about bamboo, but the process to make bamboo a fabric is not Eco friendly so I chose not to purchase it.
