Car seat ?

Okay so I'm late to the game with the whole car seat dilemma. Mira is finally starting to outgrow her infant carrier. We drove two hours yesterday and she was so sweaty from her seat she was miserable. She also kept trying to push herself into a seated not reclined position.
Since we are moving to NC I'd like suggestions on car seats that have fabric that doesn't make LO all sweaty. I'd also like an easy to install one bc we'll have to transfer it to different vehicles. If you like your carseat please help me out! TIA!

We have the Evenflo Symphony (or maybe its the Triumph, I can't remember but they are fairly similar). I'm no help with the fabric, its pretty hot, I just try to cool off the car first. However, it is super easy to take in and out of the car. We transfer it between my car, my H's car, and our babysitter's car very regularly and it takes less than a minute.
