We are roadtripping to my mama's to see the fam for my nephew's 3rd birthday party. We have about another 2 hours in the car.

I'm going to try to put hot water in Brooke's kiddy pool to warm it up so she can splish splash in the pool. Then we will be going to a fish fry later with all of our friends who have babies. I will be enjoying a few beers as they may be my last.

So fun! How far do you have to go? O is doin surprisingly well. We haven't gone up since Xmas and he slept the whole way then. Now he's awake, playing, and looking around!

We are helping my sister finish moving into her new house. We helped her last night too. I'm super excited about this because she is going to be only 5-10 mins away from me! Yay! The only minus is its supposed to be 90 degrees here.

As soon as stores open I have to go buy a pair of jeans since I ripped the only pair that fit.
Then this afternoon it's off to my mom's for my sister's birthday. I got her a gift card to a spa nearby. As soon as the school year ends we are going for a day of pampering! We are BBQing chicken and steak skewers and I can't wait for the deliciousness!

I don't know what we're doing, but we're getting out of the house today. It was over 90 degrees yesterday and my a/c is going out. That's not cool (literally and figuratively). Good luck on the road trip, jnmac!

Have a good trip! DD is napping on me right now. She's sick so she won't let me put her down. DH is out of town until tonight so maybe lunch with my parents and a trip to Costco for us. Nothing exciting!

We just got back from a breakfast buffet, ds is napping, and DH is getting a phone upgrade. After ds wakes up, we're both getting haircuts!

We'll probably get ds some swim trunks today, too. A friend invited us over to swim with her and her family tomorrow.

Today we need to go to buy a bday gift for a party tomorrow. DH and DD bought some things to plant so they'll be gardening today and working on getting the backyard ready for play. Probably buying a small pool for the kids. Maybe going for a quick visit to the beach if the haze wears off.
