Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with these exercises? I have finally figured out what I have going on with my 2x post pardum belly. Most of my bulge is above my belly button and is worse now after my 2nd pregnancy. Apparently, this condition is called diastasis and there are certain exercises that are supposed to help. Has anyone done these and seen improvement? I also run and crosstrain so I have that part down. But I can't shake this bulge....

I was going to post about this! I started probably a week ago, and have already noticed a difference. It just makes so much sense to me. I love it because I can do the exercises practically anywhere--while driving, playing with the kids, cooking dinner...I mean, this is my kind of workout! haha. I also have found that I've been in general walking around with a tighter tummy, which I'm sure will only contribute to a stronger trunk.
Here's the article that explains the exercises:

However, I have personally only been doing the second exercise ("contractions"). The website I found recommended at least 5 sets of 100.
