TV shopping spree

I'm watching tv while DD naps. This girl won a $5,000 shopping spree. She walked out with 2 normal sized shopping bags. This is insane to me. Let me shop at Kohls, Loft and the other places I shop and I'd get a ton more bang for my buck.

How about you? Would you Splurge on less high cost items or get more less expensive items?

    If I had the option, I'd shop higher end sales so I got better things, but more of them. I'm very good at hunting out deals and seldom pay full price for anything. At the same time, if it was just found money, and I won it, I'd probably go for expensive stuff that I wouldn't normally buy.

    I like to find things that are on sale at Nordstrom.com or Gap.  I also like to go to children's resale and consignment shops and find quality brand clothing. 

    It would be nice though to just go shopping and buy really good shoes like Keens or Naot and some good quality leather boots and not even think about the price.  I would really love that. 

    I need some new sheets for the bed, and a sleeper sofa for the living room for guests and a diing room set--so I would be okay with shopping either at JC Penney's or Ikea.

Baby measured 9 weeks, still a heartbeat 12/23/09. Good NT Scan on 1/8/10, heartbeat 164. EDD 7/28/10. TEAM BLUE! Aidan Thomas born on May 26, 2010. Baby #2, BFP 11/27/11, EDD 6/5/12. TEAM PINK! Noelle Elizabeth born 4/30/12. Blessing from God, Blessing from God, Blessing from God, Blessing from God.
