Hi Ladies,

I've been charting my bbt on FF since coming off bcp in January; however, I just started using OPKs this cycle. Are you supposed to test more than once per day? Should it be first thing in the am? According to my chart I'm approaching my fw and just want to make sure I'm doing this right! Thank you!

    I start testing about 5 to 7 days before I am going to O. I only test first thing in the morning at first. When I get closer to O I will test twice a day. That is me. I use Wonderdflo's so I can see them gradually getting darker. I will confirm with digital OpK just to make sure positive.
    Others might do something different.
