love. Love. LOVE Bed Bath and Beyond! awesome return!

I posted yesterday about my Calphalon pans.  I had a non stick set from there that we got almost 6 years ago for our wedding - but the non stick stuff was flaking.  I had a 10 year warranty according to the paperwork that came with it.  Figured it was worth asking at BBB (where we got them).  They returned them all!  AND I got a brand new non stick set (Calphalon brand) and only paid $20!  So pumped!

    Wow that is awesome!!! I have those pans also and they are amazing! The only thing that sucks about them is having to hand wash them lol. But I hate doing the dishes!

    That happened with my Dyson. It got clogged and I took it apart and put it together again and the suction was gone. I called Dyson and they sent me a part. It didn't do anything. I went to BB&B it had been 3 years. They didn't have the one I had and would give me the step down and a partial refund or go up and pay a little bit. I went up. Love BB&B

    I wish I had known this and kept the paperwork. We got calphalon pans for our wedding 7 years ago and the nonstick stuff started coming off a long time ago.

     I worked at BBB throughout high school - we took returns regardless of how old it was, what kind of shape it was in, if you had the receipt/paperwork, our rule was as long as one of us could identify it and give it a UPC, we took it.  It seemed so crazy to me at the time, but now I really appreciate it!  My mom did the same with a super expensive set of Calphalon and ended up with well over $400 in store credit - it was pretty awesome!  I would definitely suggest at least trying to return or exchange it - what have you got to lose? :)
