Hi all! LO is due in two weeks and I'm planning on going back to work when the school year starts in August. Any recommendations for daycare in Columbia? I've already seen the state website and toured La Petite and The Young School, but thought I'd see if anyone here had someone they liked.

In this area, you have to get on lists right around 16-20 weeks, especially for the good centers. When I signed up for DD2 (and I waited till about 20 weeks since we didn't want the school to know before we told DD1) there was only 1 spot left.
We're at the Young School and absolutely love it there. I've heard good things though about the Columbia Academy, especially for their pre-k program. I know a few who are at Goddard too, and they like it.
Good luck!
