Spruce, you've had an incredible amount of stress to deal with and a lot going on. If you ever need to vent, please don't think for two seconds that posting a thread about it is going to be considered "silly" by anyone here. We're all her to lend you an ear, a hug, whatever you need.
I'm sorry to hear about your H's grandfather. It sounds like he had a long, prosperous life and that's the best that anyone can hope for.
