Blood Clot...Worried.!

in 1st Trimester
I just went to the bathroom and it seem like i peed a blood clot. Im not having any cramps or anything it was bright red. should i be worried?

    Did it come out with your urine, through your urethra, or out of your vagina?

    It was on the toilet when i looked, so im guessing through my urine.

    Ditto this. You could have a UTI or bladder infection. Also, have you had a particularly difficult time passing stool lately? It could also be that your cervix is slightly irritated and thus some spotting. I'd get checked out just to be on the safe side.

    I had this and it ended up being a bladder infection. They put me in a hospital room and observed me a couple of hours just to make sure. They cath'd me and found out that's what it was. I didn't mind listening to her heartbeat for a couple of hours :) Plus I got an extra ultrasound! Call your OB just to make sure. It could just be spotting but you don't want to put it off.
