I need advice on whether or not curtains I got will go with our bedding choice! Keep in mind that our crib is white, not brown like the one in the picture. Also, the green color in the bedding has white polka dots. Thanks everyone!
Cute! I think it looks great. Fun, fresh colors for the nursery. If you are of the "crafty" sort, maybe you can find ribbon that matches your light brown in the bedding and make a set of tiebacks for the curtains to bring in the brown? Just my $0.02, I think it still looks great as shown.
certainly! I think it goes beautifully. I'm jealous of your crib sheet. Target doesn't seem to sell the mint ones separately (they're always out of stock!).
I'm not a huge fan, but it's because of the textures, not the patterns. I think the curtains are too wispy and thin to go well with that quilt. Those curtains are more breezy and your bedding is more solid. I think a thicker material for the curtains would look much better.

This! Tiebacks are a great idea for incorporating another color if you're worried, but I think it looks great
Chevron is just NMS, I know it's hugely popular right now, but I just can't get into it.
My only question is about the fabric of the curtains? I've had many moms suggest that I get something that isn't so "sheer" so that they darken the room during nap time? Does anyone else suggest this? My plan may be to hang both regular curtains then "black out" style curtains behind to draw when it's nap time. Thoughts?

I actually would advise against black out curtains. I think it's a good idea to get them to be able to sleep in both the dark and a not so dark room. We have blinds on Callie's windows that blocks out the sun a good amount, but the curtains aren't light blocking. She sleeps great at nap time anywhere pretty much...and I think that has a lot to do with it. There aren't going to be black out curtains everywhere you go. Just my opinion though.
I agree that while they're not terrible...I think they're too thin of a material for the bedding. The material just doesn't go...but it's really not that bad if you don't find anything else that would work.
Thanks for the opinions everyone! We have really thick blinds behind the curtains so we aren't worrying about blackout ones. We are going to get some thicker ones to put behind them when it starts to get cold though.
Re: Decorating Poll
Thanks for the brown tie back idea, I like that! I found a mint colored sheet by Boppy at Walmart.com that I was going to get before I found the set:

Thanks!!
I ordered both online, the bedding was on sale at Babies R Us and the curtains were on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond. About 85 for both!
