    Two people asked if I planned on getting any skinnier. Self esteem boost but no personal break through.

    I like Greek yogurt or salami for snacks

    DawnLilly, I am officially jealous! It would be nice to be in the realm of "skinny" again.

    I have really been pushing myself to get out with DS and the dogs to walk. I've also been jogging a little bit each time, and I started tracking my distance on the Google Map Pedometer. Still have 5 pounds of baby weight to shed, and then I'd like to lose about 10 more pounds to be at my ideal weight.

    GTKY: I like almonds and string cheese.

    It's always easier to lose weight in the summer too, busier. The almonds are a great idea. I'm not trying to lose anymore, just tone but it's a challenge trying to figure out calorie intake to keep level, work out and not gain or lose.
