Hello everyone!!! I never thought I'd be able to cross over to this board. All glory to GOD. 
Here's a little 411 on DH and I. We are truly soul mates. Engaged 3 months after meeting and married on the one year anniversary of the day we met. This year we'll be married 6 years. We've been TTC since we were married and started seeing a RE last year.
We had our 4th IUI on May 11th and saw a positive FRER 11dp. I went in for beta 13dpiui and beta was at 120! Went in again for beta 18dpiui and we were at 1966!! 
We're so excited, really scared and just hoping that this is it for us.
Of course I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions along the way. Can't wait to get to know you all.

Unexpected and very surprising BFP in Feb 2007. M/C April 2007. 
TTC since 2008
Metformin- Didn't help.
Clomid 50mg/Provera cycle #1 7/2009 - BFN
Clomid 50mg/Provera cycle #2- 8/2009- BFN
Clomid 100mg/Provera cycle #3- 1/2010- BFN
...Took a break...
2012- Met with RE
09/12- Day 3 Labs- FSH 2.5, Estradiol 47, TSH 4.5 (Doc re-ordering Day 3 labs)
DH sperm analysis- all good
11/12- Day 3 Labs- FSH 4.3, estradiol 38, TSH 2.51
Prescribed Synthroid
11/12- HSG all clear
1/13- IUI with Femara and trigger shot on 1/31- BFN
2/13-IUI #2- cancelled due to low response
3/13- planning IUI with injectables
TTC since 2008

3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
Hi!! Yes, it's currently scheduled for the 18th but I'm going to try and change it to the 12th. RE originally wanted me there on the 11th but we'll be out of town. I can't wait!! I'm dying to see the US and see that everything is okay.
HSG: Right tube all clear, left tube inconclusive
3 failed Clomid Cylces
4/5 lap revealed blocked left tube, but right tube is open
April/May- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1= CANCELLED left ovary ovulating
June 1- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1 = BFN
June 28- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #2 =BFP!
7/12 Beta #1= 14 Beta #2= >5 Chemical Pregnancy
July-Nov long break to recover emotionally and financially
Nov 24- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #3= BFN
Jan 22- Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI# 4 = CANCELLED no response on right
IVF #1- Start stims 4/7, ER 4/20, 21R, 14F, 6 frosties, ET 4/25, 2 embryos transferred= BFN
FET #1- June 2012, Lurpon starts 5/27- CANCELLED
FET #1 take 2- August 2012, delayed until Sept-CANCELLED
FET #1 take 3- ET 10/11, 2 embryos transferred,= BFFN
FET #2- Transfer 12/4--Cancelled, no embies survived thaw
Next steps-- IVF #2 with new RE in March
HOLY SURPRISE BFP 2/15/13!!!! Beta 1- 286, Beta 2- 782, First Ultrasound 2/25- baby in uterus & all looks good!

5/07 - DD conceived naturally cycle #1

12/10 - MC (Chemical Pregnancy)
2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
clomid = BFN's
4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
1/13 - Referred to an RE
2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!
EDD - 1/23/14
BFP on Cycle 14--TWINS! Identical twin boys stillborn at 19wks(1/9/10)
3 break cycles; took clomid 50mg, BFP #2 Beta #1 35, Beta #2 338!!! Owen was born 2/11/11!
TTC#2: 4 cycles on clomid: BFNs
BFP #3: Cycle #5 100mg clomid; beta #1 21; beta #2 6=CP
