For those of you who's Lo's love waking up in the 5 oclock hour, I feel you! I know this is something I'm going to have to deal with, but I am curious, how do you all go about it. I seem to play it by ear. If she has slept from 7pm on, I feed her and try to put her back down (she usually will but sometimes only for a half hour). I've also tried moving bedtime from 7 to 730 but this seems to make no difference whatsoever. Sometimes she'll wake at some other point in the night, be it 12 or 3 and I'll feed her then. If its on the later side, say 3, my husband will go in at 5 and just rock her back to sleep and she'll sometimes last until 630. She's so inconsistent with how she goes about it, yet 515, shes always up. I also have a hard time thinking this is just her wake up time, bc the times I just call it a day and get her up and bring her out, shes super cranky like, wait I wasnt ready to get up. And shes a teeeerrible napper (30 mins. tops at a time) so it's not like shes getting any sleep back during the day. Just curious as to how everyone goes about their 5 am wake up call.
