I hated the fasting.... I was starving when I had to do it... I'm a huge Weight Watchers fan I feel much more successful on that but it's been 7 years so things may be different now
I know two people that did it... One girl loved it (she also happened to be the one selling it) and the other girl lost about 6 pounds but she said it was TORTURE and she quit on the 10 th day (I think it was 11 or 13 days or something) she gained about 3 pounds back right away. Both girls were not very overweight to begin with so if you have a lot to lose it may be a good jump start. (they got two shakes a day with chalky wafers as snacks and a sensible dinner... I think it had to be all organic with very little fats and seasonings on it) I know I could never do it! Lol
I used to use the shakes all the time. You can get them in single serve packets, which is really convenient. The true diet with the fast is DEATH! And I don't usually have a big appetite, so it must be for most people. It didn't do any miracles and for most people the weight comes right back.
I am using it and its working for me. I have lost 13lbs in about 8 weeks. I do 2 shakes a day and 3 mini meals. The cleansing day isnt bad as long as i stay busy but the "snacks" for the cleanse days are horrible and i dont bother with them. The bars are not bad. I have not been super strict with it because i know i wont stick to things if i deprive myself for a long time. Hope that helps.
I think it's all a hoax. Sure, you lose a ton of weight quickly, but then what? Eat better and exercise. I am sick to death of these gimmicky BS diets, cleanses and fasts.
