I usually lurk and then just randomly reply to posts, but it seems like this board is a lot more organized and has a lot of regulars, so I thought I would formally say hello and introduce myself. I don't know if I count as TTC yet, because I haven't finished having this *super fun* miscarriage, but we plan to try again right away.
I have a 4 year-old boy, a very loving and supportive ex-husband (yes, you read that right), two part-time not-officially-stepsons, and a serious boyfriend with whom I will be living starting June 15. We both work in tech in the Bay Area. Shocker.
This miscarriage was a complete surprise (aren't they all?) and as I mentioned above, hasn't finished running its course yet. Boo. Sucks. But I like to think I have a pretty good attitude about stuff that I can't change, and the doctor said I should feel free to try again as soon as I feel mentally ready.
So, hi! Can I come play?

Welcome to the board. Check out our blog if you haven't already - it is in the green header on the front page and in my siggy. We are a tight knit community and that really cares about each other. These ladies are wonderful and have given me so much support.
