Symptoms all gone!!

It's been 5days. Everything all left me. I'm 5w2d today. Even my boobs ain't hurting no more. Can symptoms take a break at such early stage? I cnt help feeling negative abt this :

Hi Bettybloom, thx for your reply deary. I know it comes n go. I m just hoping one of it will at least come back to assure me things r gg on fine in there. I blame my MMC last year that my brain is gg bonkers now.

I understand. Just try not to worry. I had a few early miscarriages and I freaked out about everything, every time. I tried to tell myself as long as I wasn't bleeding or having severe cramps that I was ok.
