Is it ok to sleep on your belly

Hi There,

 I'm 16 weeks today and I am still able to comfortably rest on my belly. I don't know if this is harmful to the baby or not, does anyone know? Thanks;)

    I was always told if you can sleep comfortably than there's no harm. They'd so ridiculously padded in there. I slept on my stomach until 7 months. I was also very small.

    I wouldn't see why not you have so much protective layering but if you start to feel a pinching feeling when you sleep a certain way flip to your side
