Almost broke some necks at BRU
ughhh I called to see if they had Snoogles in stock and she said Sure do! I said should I put one on hold because I am making a special 45 minute trip to get one, and I am leaving now. She said, No we have lots of them.
Get there. NO F*ing Snoogles!!!!! Sold out. GRRRRRRRRRRR seriously?
So to appease my growliness my DH says lets go ahead and register. OK fine So two hours later we are done and I am relieved that we got somethign accomplished. ANOTHER ditzy ass girl who works there takes our scanner and says are you done? I said yes, we just need everything we just scanned to be added to the registry, we are all finished. So she throws it on a charger and says ok youre good. I said um, thats it? You don't have to do anything to the computer? She says uhhhh no I don't think so. I said can you please make sure? Another girl comes over and starts yelling at the first girl saying she lost everything we just registered for. I said WHAT?!! So they screw around with it for like 15 min until she finds the one we had used (yes she couldn't even remember which gun she had just put back in the charging dock) and uploads it and low and behold our stuff is still on the damn thing. Thank god. I literally teared up when she said it was all gone. I almost came across the counter at the stupid girl. And the whole time they are so unprofessional screaming back and forth at each other. I was like is there a manganer? She said I am one. WOW.

OMG I would have *freaked*. Thank the gods they didn't lose your registry! I'm starting to have nightmares about registering. BRU is the *only* baby store around where I live.
Ahh the joys of BRU. That is what happens when you hire a bunch of kids/morons who could give a crap less about the job. At least that is how the one by my home is. No offense to anyone who works there and takes things seriously, but I have never had a good experience there.
OH I would have thrown a fit! We are leaving here in an hour to go register at BRU, we also have to drive 45-60 min. away. Now I'm scared....
