Fragile X Carrier, rethinking IVF, venty

Yesterday morning I was confirming my IVF class for Thursday and making sure my meds were ordered to start them this weekend. Later in the day I got a call from my RE (you know it's not good when it's actually the RE calling and not the nurse) and my genetic testing had come back. Turns out I'm a grey area/pre-mutation carrier for Fragile X. I'm going to meet with a genetic counselor but from what I gather there's a 50% chance my eggs will have the pre-mutation (probably at a higher level).

Anyone else in this boat? I feel already having DOR and now counting out half of any eggs they can get puts my odds really low. I'm wondering if there's any point in going through with IVF. Now I have to worry if my current DD has this and will possibly suffer from DOR and these decisions when she's grown up. Ugh. I also have 3 sisters who may be carriers I should probably tell. Double Ugh.

    I don't have any advice, just wanted to say I'm sorry.  That sucks.  I hope your RE can help you and YH with your decision about whether or not to proceed with IVF.  I hope your sisters take the news well too. (hugs)

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14
